I can go on about the problems that I have had with this branch. I have since switched to another state farm agent that so far has been very nice and helpful.
This state farm has made several very serious mistakes from not being able to tell me if I had coverage to letting coverage lapse without alerting me before it happened to losing certificates that provided discounts. After the certificates happened, they "could not" reapply the discounts. I had to find copies of certificates and bring them to their office due to their mistake.
OHH my GOD. I have known a more FIIINEEEEEE establishment in my life. I camped out one morning to get some DANK insurance and was met with the most godlike man I have ever seen in Ken Rolland. Snoop Dog / 10 would go again.
