Made a call to get information and the receptionist was very rude. I was trying to gather information before I got a dog and instead of answering my questions she decided that she did not need to answer my questions concerning their vet clinic. You lost a potential customer all because of initial poor customer service.
No one there has ever been rude to us: just the opposite in fact.

The previous reviewer probably didn't realize that this practice only sees large animals. If you have a horse or a cow, this is THE place to go. Their equine service is unparalleled. They offer a hight level of experience and expertise with extensive facilities that can't be equalled locally.
What they can be is very, very busy. If they are in the middle of an AI or an emergency, they will call you back. These vets are professionals and colic and emergencies do not keep office hours.
